Checking-Out

Strip The Beds

We kindly ask when that you strip the bed. Remove all of the bedding (sheets, blankets, pillowcases, comforters, etc.). Make sure to remove all personal items like pillows, stuffed animals, and bedding that you brought to the rental. 

Used Linens

We take pride in providing clean linens for each and every guest. At the end of each stay, used linens should be collected and placed in a designated area on the floor of the bedrooms. 

Used Towels

To ensure a clean and hygienic stay for all visitors, we ask that guests place their used towels in the hampers. We appreciate our guests’ cooperation to help us keep up with our high standards of cleanliness.

Hampers

Please place all hampers in the upstairs hallway at the end of your stay, to ensure our cleaning staff can quickly clean and turn over the rental. We kindly thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a quality experience to all of our guests.

Excess Trash

To help keep the property clean and beautiful, please make sure to properly dispose of any excess trash. Excess trash can be placed in the bins at the back of the Harris Grove Complex, near Unit #1 

Exterior Doors & Windows

To ensure the safety of our property, guests are asked to check that all exterior doors are locked before they check-out. This includes patio and front door. Guests should also double check that all windows are closed.
